The hotel had amazing views, with breathtaking scenery all around. It was a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.-Another advantage was the attentive and friendly service from the staff. They were always ready to assist and make sure our needs were met.
While the hotel had stunning views, the pool was on the small side. It would have been nice to have a larger pool to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Great location and environment, amazing rooms, great facilities
No attention to the details (plastic glasses, shortage of staff, ...)

We liked the view and location.
Unprofessional and unpleasant staff. Total lack of a good management. They present themselves as a spa but the facilities were absolutely not up to standard. The spa facilities (especially sauna) were basically unusable due to wrong layout of the entire facility. No real cooling area, no access to the outdoor pool. The spa employees didn't speak English at all. The restaurant menu offer was poor and no way matched the price. We wanted to treat our tongue after the dinner by a long drink in the bar it was the worst drink we have ever tried. The conclusion: it is a typical example of a good facility in beautiful surroundings spoiled by ignorance and lack of professionalism.

This luxurious hotel is nestled in a serene countryside location and offers exclusive amenities such as a sauna, health club, and steam bath. the room advantages are exceptional, including private facilities and stunning views. the fine dining at the on-site restaurant was exceptional, and the service was absolutely impeccable.
The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the outdoor pool, which was slightly smaller than we had hoped, but the indoor pool with amazing views more than made up for it. the location is remote but it was compensated by the breathtaking views.

I did enjoy the beautiful panorama, the efficient and friendly staff and the clean, comfortable quiet accomodation.
Expensive restaurant with a limited menu and lack of variety.

The hotel had stunning views and an excellent service. the suite we were given was spacious and had a separate living room, which was a great advantage. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to amenities and attractions in the area.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with dirty windows and leftover debris. the housekeeping service was also lacking, as we had to repeatedly request basic amenities like towels and a hairdryer.
